What is the value in company values?

We hear a lot about businesses who ‘live their values’ but what does that actually mean?

Some may think it is just the latest buzz phrase in a long line of similar trends, but identifying and living your company values can have a significant impact on your business.

• Why your business needs them – how your business performance is linked to your values

• The common blockers and positive influences – how you can maximise your people, relationships and performance potential

Over recent years Graham has helped a number of organisations develop their values and embed them in their working practices, including a Fire and Rescue Service, a local food manufacturer, a global pharmaceutical company and of course, our very own company.

This is not a lead in to ‘sell’ something – this is about us living our values, ‘doing the right thing’ by sharing knowledge and expertise we feel will help our fellow Chamber members.
