Yes, everyone receives a certificate of attendance – accredited courses receive a certificate from the awarding body.

Training is priced by the day and not the delegate which provides a cost-effective solution if you have a number of people with the same training need.

Yes we run the Institute Of Leadership Accredited Engaging Leadership Training Program.
This comprehensive programme, delivered over 9 modules, is essential for anyone who needs to increase their leadership and management skills and boost their confidence in managing and developing others. It is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and is a gateway for you to become a full member of the Institute.
Cancellations will attract a refund less a £20 administration fee if made up to 10 working days prior to the course date.
Where cancellations are received with less than 10 working days notice or a delegate fails to attend, no refund will be given.
Delegates may be substituted prior to the course date with no administration fee payable.
If a course is cancelled by the Chamber an alternative date or a full refund is guaranteed.

No, you do not need to be a member of the Chamber to use our Export Documentation Service. However, Members enjoy substantial reduced costs for their documents and services and their documents are also given priority in terms of handling timescales.

Events:
Chamber events are bookable via the website for Members. Members who book via the website are able to pay for the event at the time of booking or request an invoice. We also except bookings via email and by telephone.
Non-members can attend specific events such as Business Before Hours or After Hours events and are welcome to attend and exhibit at our Northamptonshire Business Exhibitions which take place twice a year. Non-members need to contact the Chamber to book onto eligible events. All event enquiries can be answered by calling 01604 490490 or emailing events@northants-chamber.co.uk.
The Chamber hosts a variety of events throughout the year from forums, networking, policy and International Trade events to exhibitions. We try and keep our costs as low as possible and the cost of the event is aligned with the room hire and costs of refreshments and food. Members always receive preferential rates. Many of our events are free to attend and costs are always included in the event information.
