Are you interested in offering Free Health Checks for your employees aged between 30-74?

Eligibility Criteria for Business:

• Firstly, you must be a business within the West Northamptonshire Area.
• Have at minimum of 35 people on site aged between 40-74 years.
• Offer facilities free of charge to host the Health Check clinics

Eligibility Criteria for employees:

• For employees to be eligible they must meet the individual eligibility criteria:
  • Aged 30 -74
  • not have any pre-existing health conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Heart Failure or currently prescribed statins to lower cholesterol
  • not had a health check in the last 5 years.
