Based at Fernie Fields Sports & Social Club, Sport4Fitness CIC have been providing sporting and other activities to children and young persons with a disability and/or a special need. 

Our next important step is to build a Changing Place facility alongside our Avery Pavilion at Fernie Fields.

We appeal to all companies local to us on both Moulton Park and Round Spinney industrial estates to help us to build this specially equipped toilet facility complete with shower, changing table and most importantly a hoist which will enable some very special children and young persons to attend our activity sessions and be able to have the necessary space and equipment to allow them and their carers to deal with their requirements with privacy and dignity.

We are asking all companies to consider supporting us with a donation of £50. We have secured some initial funding and have some potential donations of cash, goods and materials and some promises from volunteers willing to help us with the build.

If we can receive support from the local business community we aim to have the Changing Place built and open for use in spring 2022.

We would welcome a visit from you to Fernie Fields so we can show you the facilities and opportunities available and encourage you to use these for business meetings, training courses or social events and for your staff to gain access to the many health and wellbeing activities we run at Fernie Fields.
