OUR CHARITY CHRISTMAS HAMPER NOMINATION TIME!

Every year in the month of December, we surprise adults who have been diagnosed with cancer with one of our festive food and drink hampers.

Now we need your nominations!

If you know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer, who you would love to receive one of our Christmas Hampers, please email: hello@thelewisfoundation.co.uk

We need:
Their name

Location – We can only provide the hampers in the areas we support – Northamptonshire/Leicestershire/Bedford/Luton/Cambridge/Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire/Chesterfield/Milton Keynes (If a nomination is out of this area, we will not be able to consider the nomination)

Any allergies we should be made aware of

The reason why you are nominating this person

Deadline for nominations Sunday 20th November at 8pm.

We have a set number of hampers to give away, so we cannot guarantee everyone who makes a nomination will receive one. This is why it is important to provide as much information as possible as to why the person you are nominating should receive the hamper.

We can’t wait to make a difference this Christmas!
