Right Digital Solutions finished off 2021 with the go live of a brand-new website,, showcasing a wider product portfolio and further enhancing their service offering for customers throughout the UK.

In the past sixteen months the team have worked nonstop on a huge variety of tasks including a new IT infrastructure, new offices, new commercial partnerships, a significant recruitment drive, new service divisions and a long list of accreditations including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001.

The website was designed and built, in partnership with Union Room, a digital marketing agency based in Newcastle. The project was conducted entirely remotely and both the agency and the marketing team at RDS are yet to formally meet in person, a testament to the digital software and communications tools that RDS supply.

The new website reflects the company’s 30 years’ experience and heritage as the leading independent provider of managed digital solutions in the UK. Visitors to the new website will notice how user friendly and impressively intuitive it is, along with an equally slick fully responsive mobile site to accompany the desktop design. Whilst maintaining the core RDS brand, the reinvigorated look and feel is fresh, easy to navigate and informative. Users can also take advantage of the unique Digital Health Check, a complimentary assessment and report to review where your company is on the digital journey.

The new website is an exciting achievement for RDS, the first phase of the marketing team’s customer engagement programme. The site is set to become central to all of the ongoing company communications, as well as a planned twenty-four hour hub for customer support via a new customer service portal, which is currently in the works. The site has been designed to be a useful resource for anyone and everyone and the insights section will be brimming with emerging trends, industry news, how-to guides and videos accompanied by a monthly e-newsletter.
