At hireful, we’re excited to be celebrating 25 incredible years in business! Some of you may remember us from our early days as EasyWeb (or even earlier days, as Online IT Solutions or Verticality).

It all started with 2 team members and a recruitment agency called Online IT Solutions, but 25 years, and 4 name changes later– we’re here as the hireful you may know today- a team dedicated to making hiring easier and more effective for businesses across the UK.

It took us a while to find the right name, but we got there. From launching services like EasyWeb Recruitment and EasyWeb ATS, to rebranding as hireful in 2019, our story is one of growth, perseverance, and commitment to helping you find the right people for your team.

To mark this milestone, we’re celebrating with our teams through plenty of fun activities.

We’ve held pub quiz, a bake sale to raise money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice, and have had a visit from our friends at the Dough Dept to serve delicious pizza to our team at hireful HQ. Today, we’re holding a get-together to celebrate our official birthday, where we’ll be drawing a raffle, with prizes donated by local businesses, partners and vendors. All money made will be donated to The Adoption Society.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved over the past 25 years, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing clients, candidates, and team members. Here’s to the next 25 years of helping you hire!
