We have some free training coming up to support a wider system wide approach to ensuring young people with neurodiverse conditions have better chances to get jobs and live healthier, more successful lives.
The training is aimed at the following groups:
- Support staff – for those working with young people (16+) to support them with career pathways and into employment
- Employers – for those who want to adopt more inclusive practices and learn how to support young people into work
The WMCA’s ambition is to make sure that young people with neurodiverse conditions have better chances to get jobs and live healthier, more successful lives.
