Northampton-based training company Beyond Theory have successfully achieved accreditation with the Institute of Leadership The Institute is the professional membership body for an active, international community of over 50000 leaders, managers, coaches and mentors.

Director & Senior Consultant Paul Beesley explains, ‘Being an accredited training company is very important for both us and our clients. Paul adds, ‘We’ve been delivering high quality, accredited training since 2014. We’ve now moved into a new partnership with the Institute of Leadership and we believe that we now offer even more value to our client organisations and our course participants. For example, our training has been mapped to Level 5, meaning that on completion of our course participants will be automatically eligible for full membership of the Institute, with letters after their name’.
