Calling All Volunteers: Share Your Stories and Discover New Opportunities!

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have a story about your volunteering experience that could inspire young people to do the same? We want to hear from you!

Your Story Matters

Volunteering is more than just giving your time; it’s about creating connections, learning new skills, and making a positive impact. Whether you’ve helped out at a local animal shelter, organized a community clean-up, or assisted at a food bank, your experiences are valuable. Sharing your story can motivate others to get involved and highlight the incredible work being done in Kettering, Wellingborough, and beyond.  We need our young people to be inspired and understand the value of volunteering and understand how volunteering can boost their CV.

Why Share Your Experience?

  1. Inspire Others: Your journey can spark a passion for volunteering in someone else. By sharing the challenges and rewards of your volunteer work, you can encourage more young people to take part.
  2. Highlight Opportunities: Many people want to volunteer but don’t know where to start. Your story can shed light on various opportunities and how to get involved.
  3. Build Community: Sharing experiences brings people together. You’ll connect with like-minded individuals who are committed to making a difference.
  4. Boost Your Profile: Volunteering looks great on your CV. It shows potential employers and universities that you’re proactive, dedicated, and community-minded.
