Shine for Lakelands is here!

This is our brand new fundraising campaign for this autumn!  We want you to get behind us and do something sparkly this October to raise money for our nursing team!  We have created a great pack of resources with lots of ideas from a sparkly mufti day to a candle lit dinner and everything in between.  Please get in touch to get your free pack with bunting templates, a game and invitations.  We have made it really simple to get involved.
