Corporate Meetings and Conferences at Kelmarsh Hall

Blogs

Whilst some of us may have gotten comfortable with Zoom calls and Teams meetings, it can be truly refreshing to have an old-fashioned, in-person meeting or conference. Kelmarsh Hall is a wonderful historic house that lends itself perfectly to seminars, conferences, meetings, receptions, dinners, and product launches, to name but a few.

Our events team are highly experienced at creative bespoke events for any size of organisation. With the stunning surroundings of the historic gardens and rolling Northamptonshire countryside, Kelmarsh is sure to be a memorable location for your clients, suppliers, and staff.

The Fine Rooms

The fine rooms at Kelmarsh Hall are sure to wow your guests. With a grand welcome through The Great Hall, your guests will instantly feel at home. Tea and coffee are included in all our corporate bookings and The Great Hall is the perfect place to welcome your guests with a hot drink or even a glass of bubbly. To keep it cosy during the winter months, we can get the open fire roaring for your guests upon arrival.

Beyond the Great Hall is The Saloon with beautiful chandeliers and views across our ornamental lake and surrounding parklands. The Saloon can cater for up to 60 people with either a cabaret layout, or lecture style. The Saloon has a projector, screen, and lectern available and is also the perfect space for a smaller meeting, but by no means less grand, with a large meeting table of up to 30 guests. For evening soirees, The Saloon is fitted out with our bespoke Lancaster Bar and a couple of tables, creating a relaxing area for guests to enjoy the views over a refreshment.

Seating up to 90 people on either cabaret style or 120 theatre styles, with a screen, projector, and microphone available, The Ballroom makes for a magnificent meeting space or event room. For evening entertainment, this space is fantastic for live music, or a DJ and dancing and can host up to 150 standing guests.

Smaller Meetings and Events

Set within the Kelmarsh gardens, with views of the rolling countryside, The Orangery is the perfect space for smaller meetings or perhaps an afternoon tea, seating up to 35 guests. The Education Suite, located in the stable yard is very a very popular location for meetings, lectures, seminars, and classes.
