Worktree
At Worktree, we believe that young people develop essential employability skills through multiple conversations about work. We deliver careers sessions in Schools and virtually for students to speak openly with working adults, learn about different roles, understand career journeys, and imagine themselves in future professions.
To make informed career choices, young people need awareness of their strengths and of the employment opportunities available to them. For young people to choose the right career path, they need to recognise their strengths and understand the opportunities ahead of them. Through frequent, engaging conversations with working adults, our programmes help primary and secondary students build this confidence and knowledge. We also work with learners from older age groups from various organisations including the YMCA and other training providers.
We are a charity organisation.
