Community Interest Company committed on delivery training, workshops and support across Northamptonshire with a core focus on disadvantaged young people and disadvantaged groups to connect education with employment.   Our mission is to empower our community, provide training, advice and support to help connect education with employment, to empower and educate our local businesses that provides the best platform to engage, recruit, retain, and develop disadvantaged young people and groups.    Delivering a range of training workshops encompassing all elements of career advice, training, CV writing, interview preparation and techniques, mindset and resilience training.   Success Together will also deliver training to Northamptonshire based companies to help support and educate HR and Internal Recruitment teams on best practice to employ, support, and develop disadvantaged groups in our community.
