Spectrum Recruitment is seeking the views of its clients as it seeks to develop its services.

Managing Director Suzanne Letting, said: “I’m always looking for ways in which we can improve the recruitment services we provide to our Clients and we’re currently considering investing in new award-winning technology that I believe will improve the results of our Clients recruitment campaigns.

The platform has been designed to improve the assessment and selection process while, at the same time, saving our Clients time and money. It does this by:

1)    Improving new employee retention rates (96% after 12 months and 90% after 24 months).

2)    Increasing the depth of candidate assessment, reducing the number of people you need to interview, and thereby reducing your commercial downtime.

3)    Increasing the accuracy of the final selection process, resulting in a reduced cost-to-hire ratio.

The Platform has been around for a couple of years now (it was described as a potential “game changer” by “Recruiter” magazine back in December 2013) and we strongly feel that this is the right time to invest in this technology.  What we are looking for are Clients recruiting for staff at a senior level or technical/niche level in order to put this new technology to the test.
