We recognise the challenges that businesses are facing in recruiting staff. The Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce is leading a project across West Northamptonshire to help businesses understand inclusive recruiting practices in order to support staffing and business growth.
These workshops are fully funded by UK Government and include a buffet breakfast or lunch .
Programme delivery is by the following organisations: Learning and Skills Academy CIC, Diversiti, Track NN, Haus of HR, Job Centre Plus and ACE Working.
