We’re recruiting for a Director of Enterprise & Wellbeing.

Reporting into the Managing Director, we are currently looking for a Director of Enterprise and Wellbeing to work as a key part of the Executive team influencing and supporting the strategic direction of the business. You will lead a motivated team, drive participation, generate income whilst balancing the commercial and social objectives of the organisation as a social enterprise. You will be required to spearhead the commercial development for several different adult and junior programmes, whilst being innovative around creating new offerings and income streams to further develop the business. Ideally, you will be experienced in developing wellbeing programmes and participation as well as attracting funding streams. It will be important to develop key stakeholder relationships and partnerships and to source new opportunities. You will be the lead on different projects across the commercial & wellbeing landscape, you will report and update the board on all areas of Enterprise and wellbeing. As an experienced leader of people, you will have the ability to provide clear communication as well as to motivate, manage and inspire the team always promoting company values.
