Practice Manager (Part-Time or Entry-Level), Design Principle Studio Architects

Location: North Northamptonshire (Hybrid / Remote)

Design Principle Studio is a small but growing practice of Architects and Interior Designers based in North Northamptonshire. We’re looking for a Practice Manager to help shape the future of our business.

This role would suit either:
· Someone with experience looking for a flexible, part-time position; or
· A recent graduate (ideally in Business Administration or a similar field) eager to gain hands-on experience in a creative, dynamic setting.

Founded in 2022, we’ve operated fully remotely—but we’re moving towards a hybrid model and are looking for a small office base to support collaboration and connection. But, flexibility remains at the heart of our culture. We believe in clear expectations, strong procedures, and giving people the space to work independently.

Your Role Will Include:

Admin & Finance
· Monitoring cashflow
· HR and insurance admin
· Health & safety procedures

Liaison with External Consultants
· HR, IT, and H&S specialists

Sales & Project Support
· Tracking leads and assisting with client communication
· Monitoring project milestones and financials

Marketing
· Helping develop and implement our marketing strategy
