The DiSC PPA is a widely used personality profiling tool. We use it to enable individuals to better understand themselves, and therefore better understand others.

It is ideal for Team Leaders, Managers, Leaders and anyone who would like to improve their communication, influencing, and team working skills.

It is also useful information for anyone recruiting staff – although, as with all psychometric tests, it should not be used as the lone selection method.

We are offering the PPA profile for £80 + VAT per person, discounted from the normal price of £135 + VAT per person.

How it works:
You provide the email address of the individual, and an official Purchase Order, or card payment.
We invoice you £80 + VAT per PPA test.
We email the individual the test login information.
The test takes about 10 minutes to complete.
We produce the PPA once the individual has completed the test (and it is valid), and email the PPA to you.
The PPA profile in this offer is 2-3 pages explaining motivators, fears, strengths and weaknesses, graphs, profile write-up, possible interviewer questions, and an individual’s summary feedback sheet.

There is an optional 15 minute zoom or phone consultation for an additional £20 +VAT.
