Town-centre hub Vulcan Works is throwing open its doors later this month for anyone curious about checking out what the workspace has to offer, free of charge.

Entrepreneurs seeking a welcoming workspace with a community feel are invited to drop in to the open day at the purpose-built centre on Friday 30^th October, which will provide opportunities for dedicated guided tours and casual coworking inside the restored Victorian building.

The open day runs from 9am to 5pm, allowing the local business community plenty of time to look around the different sized office spaces on offer at Vulcan Works, as well as take a look at the centre’s vibrant coworking space, meeting room facilities, and spacious break out areas.

As well as office space, Vulcan Works, in Guildhall Road, also provides informative, useful workshops, invaluable in-house business support and a bustling, collaborative community of likeminded creative entrepreneurs.

There are a number of different ways to work and whether you’re a freelancer or a business owner and you need a hot desk, dedicated desk space, workshop or office space, Vulcan Works can help.

There will be informal networking opportunities throughout the day for visitors to connect with each other. Bring your laptop to enjoy complimentary coworking with free tea and coffee.

Assistant centre manager Gail Haddon said: “We now hold our open days twice a year at Vulcan Works, to give the wider community a chance to come in and see what we do for themselves, without any charge. For the whole day, visitors can enjoy complimentary coworking and guided tours as well as the chance to meet new people and discover new opportunities.

“We are not just an office space. We are proud to have incredible business support on offer for our clients, from one-to-one sessions to grant advice and everything in between. Add to that our workshops and collaborations with other local business support groups and we really are the full package for start-ups and growing SMEs.

“Come and take a look for yourself!”
