The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation Hosts Festive Christmas Celebration
On Wednesday 26th November, The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation (TMDF) held its annual Christmas Party at Kingsley Park Working Men’s Club, welcoming guests from across the community for an afternoon of festive cheer. Attendees enjoyed a three-course meal prepared by TMDF team, followed by gifts presented by TMDF’s Santas.
The celebration included a lively raffle and musical entertainment from Tony Kelly, known as The Galway Boy, and Rob Ryan, keeping guests engaged and entertained throughout the afternoon. Guests took to the dance floor in their seasonal best, keeping the atmosphere vibrant and joyful.
Special thanks were extended to TMDF sponsors, Viv Gallagher of G&V Gallagher Ltd and Tony Ansell, proprietor of The Park Café, who attended to show their support for the event. The foundation also recognised the dedication of its volunteers and trustees, whose efforts ensured the success of the event, and acknowledged the hospitality of the Kingsley Park Working Men’s Club staff.
TMDF reported that the party was a resounding success, leaving attendees in high spirits and already looking forward to next year’s celebration.
