The Launch of Issured TRACK
Member News
As some of you may know, TRACK was launched in 2018 by Tom Cliffe, to deliver training into organisations to provide them with the skills to employ people with autism. This was driven by the fact that only 16% of autistic adults were successfully employed.
With seed investment from Issured, a digital transformation consultancy in Milton Keynes, Cafe Track, Northampton was then created. This enabled a real life working environment for autistic adults to gain work experience, whilst building their knowledge & confidence and enabling them to secure jobs within the local community. During this time, TRACK has gone from strength to strength, and has created many opportunities for learning & development within the community.
Earlier this year, Tom Cliffe, joined Issured as Head of People, Skills and Knowledge, realising that we could combine our joint knowledge & expertise, and provide a wider range of training opportunities to develop people and companies alike.
Our new training portfolio, ‘Issured TRACK’ focuses on 3 key areas:
– Workforce Inclusion
– Tailored Training
– Inclusion & Diversity
If you’d like to find out more about what we offer, we’re holding a launch event for the local community on 16th June at The National Museum of Computing, Bletchley Park, and we’d be delighted if you could join us!
