SEMLEP’s Growth Hub and New Level Results Ltd announce the launch of Growth Curve Peer Networks

SEMLEP’s Growth Hub is launching Growth Curve Peer Networks. This new programme is designed to help business leaders hone their skills and equip them to grow their organisations through a course of peer learning sessions and focused one-to-one advice.

Part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and run in partnership with expert business coaches New Level Results, Growth Curve Peer Networks builds on SEMLEP’s experience of successfully delivering previous peer-to-peer programmes.

The programme will give business owners the opportunity to engage in nine hours of structured, expert-led peer discussions and three hours of one-to-one sessions with an experienced business adviser to help identify their business challenges, suggest solutions and plan for future growth.

Businesses that complete the programme may also become eligible to apply for grant funding to help realise their growth aspirations.

They’re a great chance to connect with like-minded people, and discuss your challenges with the people who know business best; your fellow business owners. We’re thrilled to be working with New Level Results to deliver this programme, and we look forward to helping leaders from across the South East Midlands grow their networks, their businesses and themselves.”

The programme is available to any SME business in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes that:

  • Is experiencing or projecting high growth in the next 2-3 years
  • Has at least two employees
  • A turnover of at least £100,000 with projected 20% annual growth
  • An aspiration to scale-up and improve
