Multi-award winning See Limited has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of a new commercial director to further drive its growth within the built environment sector.

The Northants Group holding company has announced Todd Leverton as the new commercial director for its fabrication arm of the business, Bousfields, based in Corby.

With a wealth of commercial experience, Todd joined the sustainability-conscious business as Group commercial manager in January 2023. He now takes on the newly created role as commercial director following a steady expansion of his responsibilities across Bousfields, and BioCarbon Spaces – a design-led, sustainable office storage brand, offering modular storage and low-carbon solutions for workspaces. The latter joins BioCarbon Laminates and BioCarbon Worktops as part of the Group’s growing family of UK-based carbon-neutral brands.

Having worked closely with the wider leadership team to deepen customer relationships, strengthen supplier partnerships and identify new market opportunities, in his new position, Todd will be responsible for commercial activity across both businesses, with accountability for commercial strategy, team development, customer growth and brand expansion. He will lead a team of 12 to drive forward continued growth while ensuring that sustainability remains firmly top of the agenda.
