About The Event
The Proaction Martial Arts Charity Awards Night is our flagship annual celebration, bringing together 250+ guests from across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Leicester and Coventry. With over 1,500 members – 76% of whom are children – the evening is designed for the whole family to enjoy. Guests can expect inspiring award presentations, dynamic martial arts demonstrations, and the chance to socialise in a warm, community-focused setting while enjoying buffet food and drinks. The event also supports two children-focused charities: ServiceSix and The Amani School in the Democratic Republic of Congo, reinforcing our commitment to making a difference locally and globally. It’s a night of celebration, connection and impact for students, families, community leaders and local businesses alike.
Event Objectives
The event celebrates the dedication and success of our members – from young beginners to European and World Champions – while honouring unsung community heroes and long-standing contributors to martial arts. It brings families together, inspires the next generation, provides valuable visibility for supporting businesses, and raises vital funds for children’s charities locally and internationally.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Flexible sponsorship levels tailored to you. There is an opportunity to choose one of three sponsorship packages – Gold, Diamond or Platinum. The level you choose will also entitle you to first refusal on those packages at the following year’s event. Below we outline what each package entails, as a minimum.
Gold Package: Sponsorship of 1x award, company name on certificate, present award on stage, photo with award winner, 2x tickets to the event, logo on all event promotional material, social media posts. £450.00
Diamond Package: All of the gold package PLUS, sponsorship of more awards (2x), branded items in winner goodie bags (to be supplied by sponsor), company banner at venue entry (to be supplied by sponsor), logo on all event material, 60-90 second video interview shared on Proaction and Sponsor socials, follow-up PR with charity links, post-event marketing thank you. £775.00
Platinum Package: All of the gold and diamond package PLUS, sponsorship of more awards (4x), most prominent logo placements, attend charity donation presentation, logo on all event videos, additional 2x tickets to the event, 5 minutes interview opportunity at the event. £1,550
