Northamptonshire businesses are being invited to join the first University of Northampton Help to Grow cohort, starting this November.
The University of Northampton is now recruiting for its first local Help to Grow: Management Course, a government-backed programme designed specifically for SME leaders. Starting in November 2026, the course combines expert-led learning, one-to-one mentoring and peer networking to help you turn ambition into action and achieve measurable business growth.
Participants benefit from:
• 12 weeks of practical business learning
• Up to 10 hours of one-to-one mentoring from an experienced business mentor
• A tailored growth action plan for your business
• Opportunities to connect and learn alongside other business leaders
• Flexible delivery, combining online sessions with face-to-face workshops in Northampton
