The start of the new year meant a new corporate group coaching program kicked off for Della. Working with a senior team who wanted to develop their own leadership skills and create a better working relationship after 2 years working remotely, Della kicked off the program with a 1 day launch event.

“It was great to get together and to run a workshop in person after such a long time apart,” said Della. “The group hadn’t really met face to face before and so using various exercises and facilitated discussions we were able to create a real sense of team by the end of the day.”

The MD said: “The impact the session had on the way we communicate with each other and potential roadblocks to understanding our colleagues and employees was incredible.”
