Navigating Boundaries with Confidence and Resilience in the Modern Workplace

Wednesday 23 August at 1pm (BST)

Each month, Minderful hosts a live panel talk that opens up the conversation around mental health in the workplace by getting everyone in the ‘room’: for an authentic and well-informed conversation about a specific mental health problem.

In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries is essential for individuals and organisations alike. Join us as we explore the art of boundary setting, learning how to strike that delicate balance between work and personal life, foster respectful communication, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

This engaging and informative M-Live brings you inspiring stories, expert insights, and practical tips from industry leaders, HR professionals, and psychologists. Discover how respecting and embracing boundaries can lead to improved productivity, reduced stress, and increased job satisfaction.

Remember, your boundaries matter, and they can be your secret to unlocking your team’s full potential. Creating thriving cultures requires us to be better and stronger together!
