Minderful and Unplug Collaborative Host Northampton Unplugged for Global Day of Unplugging

Minderful, the mental health and wellness company, has partnered with the Unplug Collaborative to host Northampton Unplugged for the Global Day of Unplugging at Delapré Abbey in Northampton on Friday 3 March (5-6:30pm). The event will be led by Matthew Bushell, also known as The Bipolar Coach, Sophia Kyprianou, aka The Curator Educator, and Rachel Travers, aka The Walking Talking Coach.

The Global Day of Unplugging is a 24-hour period where people are encouraged to take a break from technology. The event at Delapré Abbey will allow guests to learn about the benefits of unplugging, get creative designing smartphone “Nap Sacks,” and get active with a wellbeing walk through the abbey’s 900-year-old gardens.

Minderful’s mission is to empower individuals and teams to build personalized wellness routines that improve their mental health and happiness. The company’s unique, award-winning app provides hundreds of ideas to inspire people to unplug and engage with the real world.
