Minderful, the mental health and wellness company, has partnered with the Unplug Collaborative to host Northampton Unplugged for the Global Day of Unplugging at Delapré Abbey in Northampton on Friday 3 March (5-6:30pm). The event will be led by Matthew Bushell, also known as The Bipolar Coach, Sophia Kyprianou, aka The Curator Educator, and Rachel Travers, aka The Walking Talking Coach.
The Global Day of Unplugging is a 24-hour period where people are encouraged to take a break from technology.
