QuantumColleagues is a Northampton company with a simple idea. We build practical AI that takes the back-office load off smaller organisations, and because we are half owned by a community interest company, what clients spend with us funds free post-AI training for people from every walk of life.

Our main product, Admin Core, is a coordinated crew of AI agents that runs the admin a small team cannot easily cover: compliance registers, training and certification renewals, invoicing, and contract dates. It suits regulated organisations such as care homes and dental practices, it can run entirely on your own hardware so sensitive data never leaves the building, and it is auditable by design.
