A fast-growing HR consultancy with offices across the UK has committed to growing its presence in the Midlands with the appointment of a dedicated Regional Manager for the region.

Impact HR has appointed Sheena Harris to the role, which will see her work out of the company’s Leicester office, supporting clients with their HR needs and helping to grow the consultancy’s presence across the Midlands.

Sheena brings more than 20 years of HR experience to Impact HR, including around 12 years working in-house within the travel sector before moving into HR consultancy a decade ago, where she gained extensive experience supporting SMEs across a wide range of industries, dealing with complex people matters and managing a team of consultants.

Referring to herself as ‘a generalist HR professional’, Sheena has experience across the full employment lifecycle and believes this breadth of knowledge is particularly valuable when supporting SMEs as it enables her to develop a deeper understanding of their businesses and provide continuity of support across a wide range of HR issues.

As Regional Manager for the Midlands, Sheena will combine hands-on client work with supporting and developing a team of HR consultants and advisors. She will also play a key role in the strategic and commercial development of Impact HR’s presence across the region, building relationships with businesses and attending networking events.

Already holding a degree in Psychology and a CIPD Level 7 Master’s in HR Management and MCIPD membership, Sheena has also recently completed a Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management through the Institute of Leadership and Management.
