HR consultancy nets impressive customer service award for second consecutive year

A Kettering-based HR services consultancy renowned for its exceptional client care has won a much-coveted national award for outstanding customer service for the second consecutive year.

Award-winning HR Solutions have earned the prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award for 2022 from customer insights company Feefo.

It is the second time that the well-respected company has been awarded the title after the first win in 2022.

The annual Feefo awards recognise customer centric businesses who demonstrate high quality customer service. Client ratings decide the winners.

In order to achieve the prestigious Gold Trusted Service 2023 award, a business must collect at least 50 Feefo reviews between January 1st
2021 and December 31st 2022 and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5. HR Solutions currently boasts an impressive Feefo score of 4.8 stars out of a possible 5.

If they can hold the title again next year, HR Solutions would be eligible for the highest accolade, the Platinum Award which is only given to those who are Gold recipients for three years running.
