There is cause for celebration at Haus of HR, as their Founder, Rachel Collar just been announced as a finalist in the 2022 Women’s Business Awards in the Startup of the Year category. 

For the past decade, these Awards have recognised the top businesswomen from across the country. They are now shining a light on the local HR consultancy, based in Towcester, recognising the outstanding achievements and success since the business has had since it was launched in September last year. 

Rachel said, “it makes the journey I have been on over the last year, in setting up a new business, all worthwhile. I feel that this amazing achievement reflects my hard work and determination to make the business a success.”

All winners are judged by an independent voting panel and will be announced in October. Rachel said that she feels like a winner already and extends her heartfelt congratulations to all the other finalists.
