Bell of Northampton, the home lifestyle store renowned for its exceptional kitchen craftsmanship, has successfully supplied and installed 14 bespoke kitchens for a high-end residential development on the edge of the Cotswolds, near Evesham.

Commissioned to deliver high-quality cabinetry and premium finishes, the Northants store worked across a mix of property types, ranging from semi‑detached homes to substantial four and five‑bedroom detached properties. The Bell Contracts team completed work on the development meeting a challenging schedule, enabling the developer to complete sales of the properties within their desired timeframe.

Specialists in the specification, supply and installation of kitchens, sanitaryware, wardrobes and associated products for the new‑build sector, the Contracts team worked from architectural plans to provide accurate costings, advise on layouts and ensure each kitchen design aligned with the developers vision for the project.

Throughout the project, the team attended the site regularly to carry out detailed check-measures, coordinate with other trades and complete first and second fix sign-offs. Close attention was also paid to ensure plumbing and electrical services matched the approved kitchen designs, helping to avoid any potential delays.

Bell also offered a personal and flexible service for individual buyers, inviting homeowners to its extensive showroom on Kingsthorpe Road, Northampton to meet with the design team, explore finishes and materials, review samples and tailor their kitchen to suit their lifestyle, while maintaining the overall design intent of the development.
