USB2U’s Tristan raises £3500 for Sands Charity!
We are proud to announce that our Account Manager, Tristan, has raised a fantastic £3500 for Sands Charity with his family fun day!
After months of hard work, Tristan’s family fun day and football event took place last Saturday (17th). This event was created to raise money for Sands, a charity that works to reduce the number of babies dying and support families affected by the loss of a baby. This fantastic day of fundraising and football was organised solely by Tristan, from the venue, to every player in the ‘Special Guest 11’ team, featuring ex-Northampton Cobblers players like Marc Richards, Jake Sharpe and Michael Harriman. The Special Guest 11’s team played against Tristan’s own, Sands United, a football team set up to bring together bereaved fathers. Armed with family, friends and colleagues, Tristan’s event was a huge success!
We are so proud of the dedication Tristan has shown towards raising money and awareness for Sands charity. Not only arranging this event, but also partaking and organising charity events in USB2U.
To support Tristan’s event, we donated gift sets to Tristan to hand out to players as a thank you for taking part in the game. This gift set contains a power bank and a cable branded with the Sands United Logo and the date of Tristan’s event, along with the event’s sponsors’ logos.
