Free webinar: Understanding and supporting Black employees affected by domestic abuse
The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA) invite you to join our Insight Hour webinar on 24 September from 1-2 pm.
In this Insight Hour, we will raise awareness of Black experiences of domestic abuse and help to equip employers to support Black employees affected by abuse. We will hear from specialist support services, inclusive employers, victim-survivors, and independent experts. We will discuss barriers to disclosure for Black employees, the impact of systemic racism in workplaces and institutions, cultural nuances, and how employers can respond proactively and effectively.
This Insight Hour is part of our ongoing campaign to raise awareness among employers of the impacts of domestic abuse on the Black community.
