By popular demand: Cransley Hospice Trust brings back hit ‘Mamma Mia’ night!

Following two sensationally sold-out events, Cransley Hospice Trust has announced it is bringing back its popular ABBA-themed fundraiser for a third night this August.

Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again will take place on Thursday 6th August 2026 from 7:00 PM at The Old Bank in Rothwell.

Guests will be treated to a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a delicious two-course Mediterranean-inspired meal. Entertainment for the evening comes from the sensational Louisa Nixon of ‘Honey Honey’ and ‘One of Us’ ABBA tributes, who is set to perform the iconic hits guaranteed to have everyone dancing.

While the evening promises unforgettable fun, it also carries a deep community impact. The previous two Mamma Mia events raised a combined total of around £11,300, an incredible amount equivalent to funding 14 days of specialist hospice care for a local patient.

Cransley Hospice Trust hopes this third night will hit the high notes once again, with the goal of raising enough funds to stretch that care to a full month. Tickets for the event are priced at £50 per person. To put that into perspective, the cost of just one ticket could cover three vital group therapy sessions for a patient navigating end of life care.
