NEW CATEGORY – Apprentice of the Year
This award celebrates an apprentice who has proven themselves to be an emerging talent and future leader in their area of expertise. An apprentice who stands out from their peers through excelling in their training and significantly contributing to their workplace.
The judges will be looking for someone who has made a positive impact in their organisation and has demonstrated commitment to their own personal development and progression whilst displaying inspirational qualities to others.
To be eligible to apply for this award, nominees must live or work in Northamptonshire and must be currently studying or have completed their apprenticeship programme within the past 12 months.
The apprentice can only be nominated by their employer or training provider.
