Women with Vision, led by Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes Chambers of Commerce, is a group dedicated to championing positive change in the workplace. While we shine a spotlight on issues and opportunities affecting women, we recognise that creating inclusive, supportive and successful working environments is something that involves us all – women and men alike.

Our programme of events explores the challenges, opportunities and experiences we encounter throughout our working lives, bringing people together to share knowledge, offer support, exchange ideas and, above all, build valuable connections.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we’re bringing Women with Vision to the Northamptonshire Business Expo on 17 March, embracing this year’s theme of Progress Parity.

But what does Progress Parity really mean? It’s about creating a world where women have equal opportunities to succeed, influence decisions, take on leadership roles and make their voices heard. It’s about recognising achievements, challenging barriers, sharing knowledge and inspiring the next generation to think differently.

And this isn’t a conversation for women alone. Men have an equally important role to play in encouraging progress, opening doors, sharing experiences and helping create opportunities for everyone.
