Impact HR continues year of growth with three new hires

HR consultancy, Impact HR, has strengthened its team with three new appointments following a period of expansion over the last two years.
The company, founded in Essex as Kingswood Group in 2018, has acquired five businesses across the UK in the past 24 months, taking its turnover from £250,000 in September 2024 to £4.8 million in September 2026. And, since rebranding as Impact HR in October 2025, its workforce has also grown from 10 to 52 employees.
The latest three appointment have seen Sheena Harris join the business as Regional Manager for the Midlands, Amber Hoefling as Business Development Manager and Amber Kukic as Group Management Accountant.
Based at Impact HR’s Leicester office, Sheena brings more than 20 years of HR experience, including in-house roles in the travel sector and a decade in consultancy supporting SMEs across a wide range of industries. Her role combines hands-on client work with developing a team of HR consultants and advisors and helping to grow the consultancy’s presence across the Midlands.
Sheena said: “What really appeals to me about this role is that it brings together the different parts of HR that I enjoy most. I never want to move away from working directly with clients, supporting them and adding value to their businesses, but I’m equally passionate about developing other HR professionals and helping consultants to grow in their own roles.”
Amber Hoefling brings 13 years of business development experience across the property, recruitment and HR sectors. She will focus on building relationships with SMEs across Leicester, Essex and Leeds.
Amber Hoefling said: “What particularly attracted me was the personal approach the team takes with clients. It isn’t about hard selling or bringing in as many new clients as possible, it is about building relationships, understanding the business and its people and making sure we are recommending support that will genuinely make a difference.”
The group has also invested in its finance function with the appointment of Leicester-based Amber Kukic as Group Management Accountant. Amber brings more than 10 years of finance experience to the business, including working at Rolls-Royce and within SMEs.
She said: “It’s been a really positive experience joining Impact HR. Everyone has been welcoming and it’s a supportive team. My focus is on bringing everything together across the group, looking at what each business does well and where we can learn from each other and align processes. It’s exciting to join at this stage and help build on what is already in place.”
Greg Guilford, Group CEO of Impact HR, said: “These appointments support the different parts of the business that need to grow together. Sheena will help us develop our Midlands team and support more clients, while Amber Hoefling will build relationships with SMEs and help them understand where we can make a difference. Amber Kukic’s role is equally important. As we bring more businesses into the group, we need clear financial reporting and a joined-up approach that helps us plan for the next stage of growth.
“We also want clients to benefit from the breadth of expertise across Impact HR while continuing to receive the personal service and practical advice they value.”
