Anything is possible with Gold-Vision
The authors and developers of a leading CRM platform have described its new headquarters in Northampton town centre as a place that “makes you think anything is possible”.
Gold-Vision moved into Vulcan Works in the town’s Cultural Quarter in November last year, after being wowed by the workspace’s “vibrancy and energy”.
The directors researched suitable office spaces based on where all the workers in the business live, creating a shortlist of three potential locations for their new home.
Sales Director Jiggy Patel said: “Vulcan Works was the best fit in terms of location, but it was the vibrancy and the energy here that got us.
“We wanted to expose our team to more professionals and more businesses, which we are able to do here, plus it is an incredible place for meeting different people and helping with energy levels. This place boosts your energy and makes you think anything is possible.
“Moving to a central location has been important for our team in terms of exposure, recruitment and made them feel a part of the Northamptonshire business sphere.”
Gold-Vision, which was previously established by Charlie Shaw and Alison Turney, is now run by a team of directors who have all been involved for more than 20 years. The company celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2026. Gold-Vision is working with businesses to assist with digital transformation and efficiencies with AI and automation tools as it grows its use of agents and portals for its customer base.
“We’ve had a lot of new team members since we moved here and just being at Vulcan Works has been really important for their inductions,” said Jiggy. “We already have two offices and plan to grow the team from this base.”
Gold-Vision uses their dedicated space in the hub for the team to work together and then spreads out into the coworking space for meetings. They have invited a number of customers to visit as it’s such a central location to meet at.
They have also used the meeting rooms and business support services, including Barclays Eagle Lab. Their interactions and collaborations within the Vulcan Works walls have created new introductions and opportunities for the Gold-Vision team, including management leadership training.
Jiggy added: “We love the fact that Vulcan Works have their own events, especially Tech Drive which is great for our team of developers to either attend or maybe speak at one day!
Mark Vernon, managing director at Gold-Vision, added: “Moving to the Vulcan Works has enabled us to accelerate in a more dynamic and agile environment working in Northampton town centre. Working amongst other businesses gives us energy, drive, and key networking opportunities.
“We can definitely see collaboration potential with other businesses that we have met, and we very much see a long-term future here.”
Vulcan Works centre manager Garrick Hurter said: “It has been fantastic to see Gold-Vision making great use of the centre over the past five months. They are visibly benefitting from our business support services and integrating into our bustling creative community.
“We are delighted to hear that they’re also feeling a boost in energy levels in the team just by being here. It really is a brilliant and innovative place to expose your team to new people, new experiences and new opportunities. Come and join us!”
