The Women in Insurance Awards honour the inspiring achievements of women across all areas of the insurance sector, from rising stars to senior leaders, and across all disciplines.

The insurance industry has made significant progress in recent years toward becoming a more inclusive and equal opportunity sector. However, there is still important work to do, from addressing the gender pay gap to ensuring greater representation of women in leadership roles.

At David Roberts & Partners (Insurance Brokers) Ltd, we are please to announce that 25 of our female colleagues have been nominated this year, and this includes Katie Brown at our Northampton office (Insurance World).

Katie has worked in the insurance industry for over 20-years and has specialised in schemes, in particular Tattoo Insure, providing specialist insurance cover for over 2,000 tattoo artists across the UK.
