Update on the Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Training Programme
The mental health and suicide prevention training programme is currently taking place across Northamptonshire, funded by the Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism (MHLDA) Collaborative’s Population Health and Prevention Pillar. It is part of the All-Age Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Training Framework.
The next wave of training dates have now been released. We’d greatly appreciate your support in spreading the word – please share this opportunity with your colleagues and networks.
There are a variety of in-person and online options and there is no cost to attend. The programme includes Mental Health First Aid courses (delivered by Kelly’s Heroes) and Suicide First Aid courses (delivered by Diversiti UK and Kelly’s Heroes).
If you are interested in booking onto a course, please use the expression of interest form. Course dates and details can be found on Question 7 on the form. There is some eligibility criteria to consider.
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch by emailing mhsptraining@westnorthants.gov.uk.
