Impact HR Consulting appoints new Director of Operations

Essex-based HR consultancy, Impact HR Consulting Limited, has announced the appointment of a new Director of HR Operations.

The company, which recently rebranded from Kingswood Group following a series of acquisitions, has appointed Juliet Irving to the role.

As Director of HR Operations, Juliet will manage and develop a team of HR Consultants and HR Advisors and oversee service delivery, providing outsourced HR support to small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

Juliet joins the business with 19 years of experience in the HR sector, including working as an in-house HR Advisor for a manufacturing organisation and a charitable trust, followed by 13 years in HR consultancies where she managed teams of HR Advisors and HR Administrators.

It was as a HR Consultant that Juliet first worked with Impact HR Group CEO Greg Guilford.

Juliet said: “Having worked in HR for almost two decades, I have dealt with many redundancies, restructures, and grievance procedures – the whole HR mix. I’ve also managed a wide portfolio of clients and worked in-house, so really understand what SMEs need from their HR team. It isn’t just about providing HR services that keep our clients compliant, I can use the benefit of experience to offer advice on how to deal with employee behaviours and manage tricky people situations too.

“I’m really excited to join Impact HR and work with Greg again. Joining just after the rebrand and renaming of the business feels like a good time too. I’m looking forward to being a part of this new, growing company and bringing my knowledge, experience and expertise to the team and clients.”

Greg Guilford, Group CEO of Impact HR, said: “Juliet’s appointment marks an important step in our evolution, as we continue to experience significant growth at Impact HR.

“Her considerable experience in HR consultancy, management of teams and service delivery will be hugely valuable as we continue to grow our headcount and client base.

“I am looking forward to working with Juliet again and, together, we’ll continue to deliver practical, people-first HR services that really make an impact.”
