Chamber HR is a complementary service to the existing Chamber Legal Expenses Scheme, therefore additional peace of mind can be provided by subscribing to this scheme. As a result not only will you receive proactive advice through Chamber HR but also reactive insurance to cover the cost of representation and awards in respect of Employment Tribunal claims.

Upgrade
For those members that require additional support to the already available Chamber HR Service, The Chamber HR System Upgrade is now available.
The Chamber HR System Upgrade offers subscribing members a practical on-site human resource solution that delivers all the benefits of Chamber HR along with:
- A minimum of two days on-site consultancy with the option to add further days if a complete outsourced solution is required.
- An extensive Human Resource Audit covering recruitment and selection; induction, training and development; performance appraisals; performance management; sickness absence; pay and benefits; labour turnover and data protection.
