Principal Mailing Solutions has made three strategic appointments to its senior management team as it looks to drive further sales and enhance and expand its product offering.

The latest addition to the Northampton based direct mail firm is Robin Skinner, who takes up the role of Managing Director. Skinner who has over 30 years of industry experience, joined on 27^th July.

Skinner joins Sam Cocking, newly appointed as Operations Director. Cocking who started his career at the firm as an apprentice data processor in 2013 has worked in various key operational roles and has been a fundamental part of driving excellence in process and manufacturing. During the transition from a primarily trade supplier to its current position of mainly direct supply, Cocking has most recently managed the successful implementation of ISO27001 accreditation, and the research, planning and successful install of new colour digital print technology.

A third appointment is John Knight, who joined the business earlier in the year in the newly created role of Data Services Director.

With its roots firmly seated in Northamptonshire, the growing business is keen to explore opportunities from within the local business community, including the level of potential interest to support outline plans to develop a combined mailing and postage service, removing the day to day “backroom” function from within companies, to free up resource whilst also creating commercial benefits.

As a new member to the Chamber the team look forward to networking with other existing and new members over the coming months.
