HSBC ARE HOLDING A FOREIGN EXCHANGE WORKSHOP ON 30TH SEPTEMBER 2008 AT NORTHAMPTON COMMERCIAL CENTRE- ST CLAIR HOUSE, 5 OLD BEDFORD ROAD, NORTHAMPTON, NN4 7AA
The Workshop will seek to address the concerns faced by many of our customers as they look to manage their business at a time of volatile foreign exchange rates and economic uncertainty.
The workshop is designed to be an interactive session for a select group of 20 - 25 businesses. During the course of the morning we will cover:
· an overview of the world economy
· key drivers that are influencing currency markets
· the impact of foreign exchange risk on profitability
· products that manage foreign exchange risk
· types of risk management strategies we are seeing our customers adopt
Charles Denny and Stephen Haughey, senior members of our Business Development team, based in the HSBC dealing room in London, will conduct the Workshop.
It will be held at Northampton Commercial Centre – St. Clair House, 5 Old Bedford Road, Northampton NN4 7AA.
Please arrive at around 8.00a.m., when the morning will commence with breakfast. The Workshop starts promptly at 8.30a.m. and concludes with light refreshments at 11.15a.m.
