SAD Harmonisation (SAD H) – End of Dual-running Period

The dual-running period for submitting both harmonised and pre-harmonised SAD declarations to CHIEF ends at midnight on 20^th January. This period, which commenced on SAD H Day (1^st October 2007), allows declarations to be submitted in either format. After 20^th January, CHIEF will revert to harmonised format, and declarations in the old format will be rejected.
