Macmillan Cancer Relief chosen as Chamber Charity
Every year Northamptonshire Chamber nominates a local organisation to become its sponsored charity for the year. Chamber Charities are those that do fabulous work in helping to improve life for many in the Northamptonshire Community.
Previous charities adopted have been the Workbridge Centre (2001-2002), the Teamwork Trust (2002-2003), CAN (2003-2004), Playtime (2004-2005) Victim Support Northamptonshire (2005-2006), St John Ambulance (2006-2007) and Cynthia Spencer Hospice (2007-2008).
This year, The Chamber has adopted Macmillan Cancer Support. During its time as the Chamber Charity, Macmillan will be working with the Chamber to raise awareness of its work.
